During 9 months of 2018, the Department carried out 63 control activities to check complying with the legislation on the provision of public services (of which 8 were selective, 47 were unscheduled to respond to appeals and 8 unscheduled inspections initiated by an order).
According to the results of the inspecting measures, a total of 589 violations were revealed (63 of subdivisions of the central state bodies, 526 of local executive bodies).
In total, the Department developed 166 recommendations (of which 166 were implemented) based on the results of inspecting activities checking complying with the law in the public services provision).
171 explanatory events were held with the participation of the population of Akmola region, whose aim was to explain the main aspects of legislation in the field of public services, as well as measures aimed at popularizing e-Government.
1) Public Services Fair - 57 events, participating population is 2,850 people (54 fairs were held at the district level, 3 at the regional level);
2) Events aimed at promoting the Portal “e-government - 114, coverage of 70 990 people.
3) Development of video clips - 25 video clips popularizing the “e-government” portal that are hosted in YouTube on the AGS and PC channels.
Administrative and disciplinary practice
Over the past period, the Department instituted and drafted 26 protocols on administrative offenses against 13 officials (8 protocols based on the results of random inspection, 13 protocols received from public authorities, and 5 protocols received from service recipients).
In total, the budget received 986,050 tenge.
Fourteen officials were brought to disciplinary responsibility for violations in the public services management (according to the results of random checks - 6, according to appeals of citizens - 4, according to appeals of state bodies - 4).
Cross Sectoral Working Group
Four meetings of the Cross Sectoral Working Group at the Department were held on February 27, May 16, July 13 and September 28, 2018.
50 recommendations were made, of which 42 recommendations were implemented, 8 are being currently implemented.
Consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities
For the past period in 2018, the Department considered 44 calls for the quality of public services (15 in 2017), of which 40 were from individuals, 4 were from legal entities. 47 inspections were carried out and 3 requests were reviewed without audits.
According to the results of the inspections, the facts were confirmed in 21 appealed cases; the Department took measures to restore the violated rights of 19 appealing people (90.4%).
